CSS file not being loaded after upgrade to v2.5

As recommended I was doing some testing before updating a production site. I upgraded one of my test sites to 2.5 patch1 and noticed that /framework/modules/ecommerce/assets/css/cart.css is not being loaded now. I have verified that the file is still in the prescribed directory.

The site was previously running 2.4.3 patch1. What can be done to load that css file?

What 'view' is this related to? Is it failing to load (an error in the browser console), or is it not being requested to load (in the <head>)? Oh, and what theme engine (Bootstrap 3)?

The theme is a modified version of the bootstrap3 theme. Its not being requested to load in the <head>. It is using the default view for the the bootstrap3theme.

I added "css_primer"=>array("/framework/modules/ecommerce/assets/css/cart.css"),

to the header configuration for my theme and now that css file gets loaded. I wonder what changed that caused the file to load in 2.4.3 patch1 but not in 2.5?

Sorry, which view (/cart/show?, cart/checkout?, cart/confirm?) are you looking at when it doesn't load?

I don't think it's limited to one view that has it not loading.

Yes, there was a change (regression bug) on Jan 23 that attempted to fix some styling issues and did NOT carry over cart.css...I'll try to have a fix for that template (store quick links) soon.
