Fix for Store Categories not displaying
If you try to pull up Manage Store Categories and don't see anything but possibly the 'loading' indicator...it could be the Store Categories table data is corrupted. Ok,
this is a bit of a complex fix, but should work (it did locally several
times). Make sure you have a backup .eql just in case!
