Question about Children Only navigation view

My menu structure looks like this:

As you can see Home doesn't have anything under it. But when I view Home I see all the Top level items where the Children only view is coded. When I view About Us which has children I see its children, which is how I thought this view should work. What can I do about those pages that do not have children? I would like nothing to show if there aren't any children.

    As you can see Home doesn't have anything under it. But when I view Home I see all the Top level items where the Children only view is coded.
