In version 2.5.0 p1, modified Bootstrap4 theme the Breadcrumb css is not (fully) loaded. Lines 3668 through 3682.
.breadcrumb-item + .breadcrumb-item::before is not recognized.

It appears the more recent scss compiler is not working correctly in regards to css output files.

It's the -item and the + which are not recognized...In the theme css I've split it into 2 entries and changed it to .breadcrumb li

What I've uncovered is a bootstrap 4 breadcrumb.tpl file is needed as the format/flow for bs4 breadcrumbs differs from bs3 (wasn't noted in the bs4 migration notes). The error I was getting in bs4 under scssphp was a coding error in the bootstraptheme.scss file which has now also been corrected.
