  You know me, I always have questions...
  - Are you able to send mail from other areas of the site (e.g., have you tried sending a sample email using the Exponent menu, User Management, Mass Mailer?
  - Have you tried using the Exponent menu, Super-Admin Tools, Test SMTP settings (only if you have mail server set up as SMTP)?

  Mass mailer isn't working either, in sofar that de system admin didn't get the mail, another admin did get the email.

  I've installed 2.3.1 on another site: got the same problem: unable to send mail. Goes for form and for mass mailer.

  My guess is that phpmail() isn't set up correctly on those servers...there are a few php.ini settings which determine this (most of my remote servers by another host have this same problem). I'd recommend you set up an smtp mail server and change your site configuration settings to use that instead of the built-in phpmail()
