Exponent menu not working

This morning when I logged into our company's website, I noticed that the Exponent menu wasn't working. I also noticed that the drop down menus on our site are not working either. The site uses the Flydown menu view. This site is running version 2.4.2 patch3.

Nothing else with the theme changed so I not sure where I should be looking.

Some javascript is crashing on the page...sometimes has a ripple effect. Open the Browser Developer Window and refresh the page. If you look in the console you'll get an idea of what is crashing and possibly why.

I don't have the referenced file in that location.

Definitely needed and shipped with the v2.4.2 package...not sure how it could've been deleted, but it's loaded on almost every page with a bootstrap based theme.

I downloaded a copy of it from the Exponent GitHub page and after uploading it the site works again.
