PHP 7.0

Hi,

2 of my clients have had their websites migrated to a new server which is running php 7.0, both got problems, so they've put them back to a lower version. Could it be possible that exponent still has problems with php 7.0? Only other thing that changed with the server migration was nginx,

Exponent should run fine on php v7.0. I do all my testing currently on a 7.0 system and my 2 major sites are running on 7.0. In fact I've not experience any issues with the pre-release versions of php 7.1. I would suspect it might be nginx or their php/mysql configuration. The new MySQL default setting is 'strict' which will give Exponent fits unless you change an ini setting. What are the problems?

No idea, haven't seen it myself before the host put them back on a lower version of php..I'll send them the mysql fix and hope we can fix it with that. Thanks.

Were you using nginx before? If not, either turn off SEF in the exponent config or add this to the virtual hosts file for nginx; the location block looks like this.
